SHIPPING POLICY
At Hot Picnic, we use eco-friendly packaging to ensure that your order arrives safely and sustainably. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please allow 14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, as most items are made upon receiving your order. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us.

If you are situated outside India, we will ship your order with either DHL or Fedex or the best available alternative. If the parcel incurs customs or import duties at your country, customer will have to pay those directly to the shipping service representatives.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hot Picnic. If the item arrives in a damaged condition, only then we accept returns, after you have sent us photos to show us the damage. As everything is hand made to order, items may vary slightly from the images published on the website.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
